His graduation thesis was about SNA(System Network Architecture) and TCP/IP networking technologies that would be resource sheet for other students at the school. After that he got master degree on MBA in Bilgi University. Major of his master education was on Marketing Managment, CRM, CEM(Customer Experience Managment). His thesis subject was about Corporate Reputations Managment and effects on Sustainable Profitability.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mr.Gumus started his professional life in Garanti Technology as a software developer at 2000. During between 2000 and 2002, he was member of merger team of company to merge banks(KorfezBank, Osmanli Bank, Garanti Bank) that were in Dogus Holding. During working on this project, he was working on other core banking projects about treasury operations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He has thrown up a frost for his military duty. During his duty, he has developed a web based system, called AKIM, which enabled getting and sharing intelligence through military network. After the pilot test of the project, general staff managment has decided to use this system all over Turkey.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After completing his duty, he has strated again in Garanti Technology as Software Developer. During 4 years, he has developed lots of codes, maintain programs and batches about Risk Analysis, core bank accounting, funds and treasury operations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At 2007, he transferred to AlternatifBank as a project manager. He has managed projects and he has developed software using COOL:GEN case tool between 2007 and 2009.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since January 2009, He has got a project manager position in Project Managment Office Department in Softtech A.S. which is technology partner company of Isbank. He is driving projects based on CMMI and PMI concepts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since 2008, he gives lectures on project managment in different companies. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mr.Gumus got a PMP, ITILV3&amp;nbsp;foundation and PMI-RMP&amp;nbsp;certificates. He has got mamberships of PMI, ISACA, TBD, IPYD.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He knows excellent level English, intermediate-beginner level German.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mr. Gumus is married with Math. I was co-project manager in this project. Main project manager came from Microsoft. After implementing with this product, teller in branches has got single sign on advantages and lots of appliactions could reach from single framework. So This is gained lots of time for each uniqe tellers by avoiding to input repetative information and single sign on. If the amount in the transaciton exceeds predefined limit, İt must be approved by upper position. Somtimes manager of branch should be approved the transactions to amount of total. Before implementing the project, approval operation was on hard copy slip of that transaction. After the project, this transforms in electronic environment. Reporting, tracking and attorneyship attributes earned agility to employees. This project was developed on Java platform and screens comminates with MVS. It took approximately 8 months with 4 project members.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• Managment module of Merchants in Safir Program:&lt;/strong&gt; This was a project in Safir Program. Safir was the program that contains different 14 projects on Credit Cards, POS, Merchants. This was an re-engineering project more than revisioning exsistance module. It was being developed on 3 tier architecture. One tier contained screens and main logic of application that was being developed on MS WPF. Other tier was on WPS that communicated with screens through BPEL which have been made workflows of bussines process in predefined workflows. Last tier was MVS system that supply needed info with web services . It took approximately 11 months with 14 project members, Its effort was 1000 man/day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• Human Resource Managment Module:&lt;/strong&gt; In softTech, HR departmant had been making his work almostly manual except payroll system. I have participated in analyse process of project. We made lots of workshops to get requirment of HR. And finally, we created analysis document. It had got six modules(Employee tracking system,recruitment,edcuation requriments, perfomance tracking, Career Planning). I planned to sprial development model for this project. So that Each of cylce one module lived in the production system. It took approximately 7 months with 10 project members, Its effort was 446 man/day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• Commercial Loan Agreement:&lt;/strong&gt; This project started aim of centrilization commerial loans workflows. So operational works could be transferred from sales reprentative in branches to operational employee. But When starting analyse, Bussines units decided, it was not cost effective on centrilization. So the project transformed reengineering process and redesigned the screens. It was being developed on 3 tier architecture.
